Burnout isn’t just you being stressed out. It is physical and mental exhaustion that manifests as hormonal chaos - impacting your reproductive health, your mood, your pain, and your metabolic function and ultimately, your ability to thrive in your life.

I help my clients take reject diet and hustle culture by taking an proactive approach to their nutrition and selfcare for body empowerment.

Feminist, pizza lover, ENFP, and no BS nutrition and fitness expert who is not afraid to share an unpopular opinion on wellness trends.

My mission is simple; to create a world where women stop worrying about their jean size, so they have the energy, stamina, and resilience to take down the patriarchy. I believe healing the mind-body connection and ditching diet and hustle culture is a means to dismantle the societal construct that oppresses anyone who isn’t a cis white man.

I’m passionate about helping women feel empowered in their bodies. My job is to heal your connection to yourself and help you learn how to be your own best advocate. That starts with HOW you eat, sleep, manage your mental energy, and move your body.

I love science, but I’m kinda into the woo-woo stuff too. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more spiritual. I believe in the power of connection and energy, and intuition. TRUST YOUR GUT! I’ve been told I have a purple aura - the same as Oprah. 

I am not here to tell you what to eat or not to eat. I’m not going to beat your body into submission with brutal daily workouts that lead to exhaustion and pain.

I’m in the business of self-love and self-empowerment by helping people build better, more meaningful relationships with their food, minds, and bodies. If you struggle with food and your body, I hear you. Let’s try a little self-care over all the other noise out there.
